At Milosi, summer means more than just sunny days and blooming landscapes — it’s a season full of connection, community, and time spent with the people (and plants!) we love. Behind every project we complete is a team that genuinely enjoys what they do and where they do it — right here in Middle Tennessee.
This month, we’re excited to introduce you to a few of our team members who bring beauty, energy, and heart to everything we do. Whether they’re boating with their families, hiking local trails, or designing dream backyards from the ground up, their stories reflect the pride we take in our work and the life we live outside of it. Jenny Hahn, Administrative Assistant
Time with Milosi: 6 years
What’s something fun about your family or hobbies you’d like to share?
My family loves lake life — we spend as much time as we can out on the water together.
Do you have a favorite plant or flower?
Peonies are my favorite! They’re just so beautiful and full of life.
What’s a favorite project or part of your work here?
I really enjoy meeting our clients and taking care of them throughout their project or services. It’s so rewarding to help them have a great experience.
What do you love most about being part of Milosi?
Milosi is a wonderful family atmosphere, and I’m blessed to be part of the team!
Chase Rinehart, Project Manager
Time with Milosi: 2 years
What’s something fun about your family or hobbies you’d like to share?
My wife and I just welcomed our daughter Charlee JoAnn into the world on May 21st. We love spending time with family relaxing and sharing a good meal.
Do you have a favorite plant or flower?
Lace leaf Japanese Maple.
What’s a favorite project or part of your work here?
My favorite kind of project is a full outdoor living space—pool, patio, landscape, lighting, and any other cool features like a fire pit or pergola. I love knowing families will make great memories in the spaces we create.
What do you love most about being part of Milosi?
We have the best group of people at Milosi that we get to do life with every day.
Joel Tomlin, Designer
Time with Milosi: 5 ½ years
What’s something fun about your family or hobbies you’d like to share?
My wife Heather, our sons Jet (19) and Boone (18), and our four dogs (two golden retrievers and two Maltese) love spending summer evenings and weekends playing disc golf at a local course, boating on Percy Priest Lake, hiking at Radnor Lake State Park, and enjoying music, reading, or thrift store shopping on rainy days.
Do you have a favorite plant or flower?
Hydrangeas — especially the blue flowering French hydrangeas in my garden. They look spectacular right now.
What’s a favorite project or part of your work here?
I love serving our clients through the design and construction of new landscapes and outdoor living spaces, while helping lead and grow a world-class organization.
What do you love most about being part of Milosi?
The quality of people I get to work with, the performance-driven environment, and our core purpose — Let’s Grow Beautiful Together.
Tina Kizer, Office Manager
Time with Milosi: 23 years
What’s something fun about your family or hobbies you’d like to share?
I have a family of three — my husband of 22 years and our daughter who’s in college. We love to travel, spend time at the lake, and hang out with family and friends.
Do you have a favorite plant or flower?
Sunburst.
What’s a favorite project or part of your work here?
I love the projects that start with a blank slate and a dream. Seeing it come to life and grow into a gorgeous backyard escape for our clients — complete with big smiles and appreciation — is the ultimate goal.
What do you love most about being part of Milosi?
Definitely the people. I’ve been here to see the growth, and we’ve built a pretty cool culture that still feels like family.
