Client Relationship Manager
The role of the Client Relationship Manager is to develop and maintain relationships between our internal departments and external customers.
Construction Crew Leader
The Construction Crew Leader directly supervises Crew Members, while also working in a hands-on capacity with the crew in completing outstanding projects for clients.
Construction Crew Member
The Construction Crew Member supports the team and company goals by assisting with a variety of landscape construction tasks as needed to ensure high-quality project execution.
Estimator
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Field Manager Residential Maintenance
The Field Manager – Residential Maintenance Division plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of landscaping services, overseeing daily operations, and leading a team to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Irrigation Technician
The Irrigation Technician’s duties include installing and servicing irrigation systems, maintaining sprinklers, water lines, pumps, suction devices, valves, service equipment, and other hands-on tasks related to the business.
Landscape and Construction Sales
Milosi is looking for an experienced professional in Landscape/Construction Sales to ensure client needs are consistently met — and exceeded — through clear communication and the thoughtful execution of ideas that bring beautiful projects to life.
Landscape Construction Project Manager
The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading crews in delivering exceptional service to our high‑end clients while ensuring every detail of each project is executed to the highest standard.
Landscape Crew Leader
The Landscape Crew Leader’s role involves supervising the crew, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and executing various landscaping tasks, including garden care, tree care, and irrigation management.
Landscape Crew Member
The Landscape Crew Member assists in providing outstanding service to clients through a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects.
Pool Technician
The Pool Technician works on-site at customer locations, testing and balancing water chemistry, applying treatments, and performing equipment and structural repairs to ensure each pool is safe, clean, and ready to enjoy.
Spray Technician
The Spray Technician’s primary duties include mixing chemicals and water in spray tanks, applying chemicals as stated by the manufacturer, recommending spray routines to clients and the direct manager and maintaining equipment.

Internships
Launch your career in a fast-paced hands-on environment with Milosi! We offer a structured internship program that gives you the tools you need for the summer and beyond.
During our 12-week program, you are fully immersed in all aspects of landscaping excellence. You have the opportunity to meet customers, learn design, partner with our field team and discover the strategic aspects of what it takes to grow a landscaping business.
Interns gain experience in commercial and residential construction. commercial and residential maintenance. seasonal color, irrigation, hardscapes, drainage and tree and shrub care– just to name a few!
