At Milosi, we are looking for an experienced Pool and Landscape Construction Project Manager with outstanding leadership and planning/organizational skills to join our company. The Pool and Landscape Construction Project Manager’s responsibilities will include leading our crews to provide our high-end clients with the best we can provide, managing Pool Technicians and crew members to ensure every detail is perfect, and, each project running effectively, efficiently, and on time.

To help us take things to the next level, we seek someone who can see the big picture and how all the little details and tasks fit into it, like a conductor directing every instrument to create something unique.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicating project details to clients and Technicians throughout the planning and implementation process 
  • Coordinating with other members of the team to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed 
  • Managing budgets and time frames to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget 
  • Develop and implement a safety-first culture within the team 
  • Ensure team are effectively trained on all manner of pool services, installations, and new procedures while keeping an accurate log to aid continuous improvement 
  • Managing a team of technicians, hardscape crews, and others involved in the actual construction process 
  • Estimating materials costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and other expenses related to the project 
  • Reading detailed design plans and blueprints for each project, working closely with the team to ensure adequate training 
  • Reviewing plans for potential problems or issues with the design team before submitting them to clients for approval 
  • Organizing and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and hiring contractors or other workers 

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone who is organized and a great problem solver who also has experience managing landscape projects from start to finish at a high level of quality. You must also possess strong leadership and management skills to guide our teams to achieve the best. Ideally, you will have previous experience with high-end and luxury clients.

As well as this, the following are required; 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Pool/Landscape Project Manager 
  • Proficient with all required equipment, including skid steer 
  • Possess (or able to obtain) a TN spray license and Pool industry accreditation 
  • Strong leadership skills to manage team members, contractors, and more 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR 
  • Bilingual English and Spanish are preferred  
  • Physically fit and able to fulfill the physical aspects of the role

For this position, we’re offering competitive remuneration based on experience, which is a salary of $65000-80000, including medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation, and a company vehicle alongside the opportunity for tremendous growth and progression as the company grows.
