The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

The role of the Client Relationship Manager is to develop and maintain relationships between our internal departments and external customers.

The Pool Technician works on-site at customer locations, testing and balancing water chemistry, applying treatments, and performing equipment and structural repairs to ensure each pool is safe, clean, and ready to enjoy.

The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading crews in delivering exceptional service to our high‑end clients while ensuring every detail of each project is executed to the highest standard.

The Landscape Crew Member assists in providing outstanding service to clients through a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects.

The Irrigation Technician's duties include installing and servicing irrigation systems, maintaining sprinklers, water lines, pumps, suction devices, valves, service equipment, and other hands-on tasks related to the business.

The Spray Technician's primary duties include mixing chemicals and water in spray tanks, applying chemicals as stated by the manufacturer, recommending spray routines to clients and the direct manager and maintaining equipment.

The Landscape Crew Leader's role involves supervising the crew, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and executing various landscaping tasks, including garden care, tree care, and irrigation management.

The Construction Crew Member supports the team and company goals by assisting with a variety of landscape construction tasks as needed to ensure high-quality project execution.

The Construction Crew Leader directly supervises Crew Members, while also working in a hands-on capacity with the crew in completing outstanding projects for clients.
